How to Add a Manager to Your Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile manages the business information customers see in Google Search and Maps. Manager access lets our team complete the local visibility work included in your project.

Before you start

Sign in with an owner account for the correct business location. Invite the Google-account email in your onboarding checklist as a Manager. Keep your business’s primary ownership with your organization.

Invite our team

  1. Open the Business Profile you want us to manage.
  2. Open the More menu, then Business Profile settings and People and access.
  3. Choose Add and enter our Google-account email.
  4. Select Manager and send the invitation.
  5. Check People and access for the pending invitation. We will accept it using our Google account.

If you manage several locations

Share the locations listed in your onboarding checklist and include their names or addresses in your confirmation. If your business uses location groups, tell us before inviting us so we can confirm the appropriate access scope.

If you cannot invite a manager

You may have manager access rather than owner access. Ask an existing owner to send the invitation. If you cannot locate the owner or the business has not been claimed, tell us before creating another listing.

Let us know when you are finished

After you send the invitation or add our account, tell us which account you shared. We will check the permissions and confirm that access is working.
