Before you start

Sign in to the business portfolio that manages the assets. The person completing this step must have permission to assign partner access. Have our business portfolio ID from your welcome email and your onboarding checklist ready.

Add DMC as a partner

1. Open Meta Business Suite and select the correct business portfolio.
2. Open Settings and locate Partners, which may appear within the users area.
3. Choose the option to add a partner and give that partner access to your assets.
4. Enter the DMC business portfolio ID from your welcome email and verify the displayed business identity against that email.
5. Select each requested asset, such as the Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account.
6. Set the permissions requested for each selected asset, then review and save the assignment.

Share the assets your project requires

For social media work, the request may cover a Page and Instagram account. Advertising work may also require an ad account and other measurement assets. Use the checklist we send so each asset receives the appropriate access.

If an asset is missing

Check that you selected the portfolio that manages it. If an asset is held by a previous provider or another business, tell us before starting a transfer or creating a duplicate.

After assigning access

Let us know which assets you shared. We will check the assignment and tell you if any requested permissions are missing.
