How to Give Us Access to Your Facebook Page
We need access to the business Page included in your project. Start with the access route listed in your onboarding checklist.
Choose your access route
If your Page is managed through a Meta business portfolio, use our Meta Business Suite guide to share it with DMC as a business partner.
If we have asked you to invite a specific team member directly, use the Page-access steps below. We will provide the exact profile link in your onboarding email so you can identify the correct person.
Before you start
Use the Facebook profile authorized to manage access to your Page. Keep your own business owner access. Grant the permissions listed in your checklist for content, messages, insights or other agreed work.
Invite a team member directly
- Sign in to Facebook and switch into the correct business Page.
- Open the Page’s settings and locate Page access. The location and labels can differ between account layouts.
- Choose the option to add a person under the access type specified in your checklist.
- Find the exact profile we provided and confirm its identity before continuing.
- Select the agreed permissions, review the invitation and complete Facebook’s confirmation prompts. We will accept the invitation on our side.
If you cannot manage access
The profile you are using may not have permission to invite others, or the Page may be controlled through a business portfolio. Tell us what you see before creating another Page or changing existing ownership.
Let us know when you are finished
After you send the invitation or add our account, tell us which account you shared. We will check the permissions and confirm that access is working.
