How to Give Us Access to Your Squarespace Website
Invite our team as a contributor to the Squarespace website we will be working on.
Before you start
You need to be the site owner or an administrator. Invite Des Moines Creative using the invitation email in your checklist. For design and site settings work, we may request Administrator. Use the role specified for your project.
Send the invitation
- Sign in to Squarespace and choose the correct website.
- Open the Permissions & Ownership panel.
- Choose Invite Contributor and enter Des Moines Creative and our invitation email.
- Turn on the permissions requested in your checklist.
- Send the invitation and check the Invites Sent list.
If the invitation is missing
Check the address used for the invite. If we cannot find the email, the Permissions & Ownership panel lets you copy the invitation link. Send that link through your project contact.
Does this include your domain?
Some Squarespace domains share their website’s permissions; others have separate settings. If domain access is on your checklist, follow the Squarespace domain guide too.
Let us know when you are finished
After you send the invitation or add our account, tell us which account you shared. We will check the permissions and confirm that access is working.
